Return Policy

As of now, we do not offer a traditional return policy, as all sales are final.

Replacement Policy

 In the event you receive a defective or incorrect item, we do offer a 14-day replacement policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a replacement( Items such as a missing pen ink refills, or charms cannot be replaced alone, but may be partially refunded). To inquire about a replacement, contact us at Harris.Handcrafts.Store@gmail.com and provide a short description of your issue and an image of the damaged, missing, or incorrect item.
